Why are you answering your own emails?

How many hours do you spend each day reading email? Is it really necessary that you read and respond to each one? Yes - it is important to respond to your team members and customers - but do YOU have to? Couldn’t your train your assistant to do that?
Taking the time to tackle the inbox is taking your away from time tackling your business. Why not delegate that part of your day to your assistant or virtual assistant (who says they need to answer them from YOUR office?) You’d be surprised how much time magically appears each day
