Clare Luffman, The Emerging Director/Leader Coach
Clare Luffman has 15 years of corporate experience, primarily in Human Resources. Her main focus and masters degree was in corporate training and she regularly trained on topics such as meeting facilitation, customer service skills, communication, and managerial and leadership skills.
After a life-defining moment of being diagnosed with advanced stage breast cancer two years ago, she realized that life was too short and precious to be spending it on anything but her life’s purpose. Luckily Clare had a “Plan B” -- her in-home business, which she began in 2004. Exactly a year ago, she left her corporate job, started working her business full time, and is thoroughly enjoying being a work-at-home Mom to her toddler son, while growing a successful organization that she’s proud of.
Clare uses her education and experience in training from the corporate arena, and combines that with her love of the in-home business model and opportunity. She has a deep passion to help women learn the core business skills to not only run a successful business, but to do that while having a sense of professionalism, peace and balance.

The Direct Selling Leaders Business Manager, Amber Miller
Amber Miller, Virtual Assistant and Online Business Manager, owner of Smart To Finish Office Solutions, teamed up with Sarah Robinson in February of 2006.
Although Amber is on the opposite side of the US, she provides support to Sarah as if they were in the same office!
Amber provides support administrative, web and other "behind the scenes" support which allows Sarah to focus on building and strengthening Direct Selling Leaders. Together, Sarah and Amber are unstoppable! "We make a great team!"
