Business Success Strategist and Direct Selling Expert Sarah Robinson is the president and founder of Direct Selling Leaders. We are committed to providing cutting edge business and life success strategies that allow clients to experience and extraordinary business AND and extraordinary life.

Sarah is a regular contributor to The Network Marketing Magazine and has spoken at events with Jack Canfield, Les Brown, T. Harv Eker, and Marcia Wieder just to name a few.

This is Sarah's Story:

In 2001, I did something that shocked even me. I quit my dream job-twice . I was hired to turn an organization around. That’s what I was known for – creating positive change. In college I started organizations that created significant, positive change. In my personal and professional life, I started programs, organizations and non profits that created significant, positive change. And now here I was at the pinnacle of my career – increasing organizational revenues 200% and creating a luminous community reputation out of one that was riddled with negativity. We became one of the top organizations people chose to support. I was so proud.

BUT, I had a boss I simply could not please. Not matter what success I brought to the table, she told me about what I wasn’t doing. No support, no recognition-just negativity. I became over-whelmed and exhausted. Oh-and my personal life began to suffer as well. No one wanted to be around me and honestly I had nothing positive to offer. Finally I decided that the heart and energy I was pouring into my “dream job” wasn’t worth the price I was paying. So, I quit. Then I was promised that it would be different-I would get what I needed. Well that lasted about 2 days, so I quit again, this time for good.

I was instantly griped by uncertainty. How had I gotten here? What was I supposed to do now that I no longer had my dream job? When the perfect job wound up making me miserable, where did that leave me? Then it dawned on me – I needed to apply all of my entrepreneurial “agent of change” skills to my very own life. So, I took that extraordinary journey and developed a way of working and living that gives me both the income I need and the lasting fulfillment I crave.

My fellow entrepreneurs noticed what I had and asked me to coach them to do the same. So, I systematized the choices, steps and actions I had taken and began to teach this system to others.

Then something unexpected happened. Leaders in direct sales and network marketing began to seek me out. Not because I was an “on-fire” motivational speaker – there are plenty of those. But because I could teach them practical business and life management strategies that gave them not only more money, but more time and more freedom to enjoy their lives – lives they passionately loved.

One top leaders was so enthusiastic about my approach that she named my first company for me! Not long after that, Direct Selling Leaders was born! Using my eight-step process as the cornerstone, I've designed Direct Selling Leaders to give YOU the knowledge, skills and tools to be strong authentic leaders, to build a powerful personal business, to develop optimum business operations that practically run on their own and the power to live their heartfelt dreams.

Vicky Collins is a Certified Public Accountant and business tax strategist. It is her mission and passion to help home-based business owners understand legal tax deductions and implement strategies that can help save potentially thousands of dollars in taxes EVERY year.

Prior to becoming the Deduction Diva, Vicky was a founding partner of a Dallas-Fort Worth Top 25 CPA firm. After starting her family, she decided to form a different kind of CPA firm, one that is devoted exclusively to home-based entrepreneurs. As a home-based business owner herself, her mission and passion are to help this unique group save money through legal tax deductions, business planning and financial education programs.

Jeff Crilley - The Publicity ExpertJulie Anne Jones is a graduate of Erickson College and a professional Certified Coach, combines her training in leadership, her natural communication skills, her coaching training, her experience as a direct sales professional, and her dynamic, sometimes outrageous personality into a very direct, entertaining and fun training & coaching experience.

Julie Anne prides herself on her ability to incorporate solid training concepts around personal development, coaching skills, direct sales leadership, party presentation and host coaching into a very unique style.

As a former Direct Sales professional, Julie Anne worked a party plan business for several years, consistently holding three parties per week and winning national awards yearly. She also worked within a multi level marketing structure building a National team through internet networking. For the past 4 years, she has focused entirely on coaching and training other leaders within the direct sales profession. It was the contact with the women in her community that drew her to direct sales, and that connection between women that still keeps her excited about direct sales. Her passion in coaching and training lies in sharing tools and concepts that will support those who are willing to work in finding maximum success in their own direct sales businesses.


Mary McHenry and Susan Guiher, Thrive for Success, LLC are certified coaches, authors and speakers. They are passionate about supporting women in direct sales, especially leaders, to create thriving businesses where they make more money and work less hours. They are co-authors of Stop Spinning Plates: How to Lose Your Balance and Become a Thriving Mother, featured in Simply Home magazine in 2008.

After years in corporate America, both Mary and Sue decided they wanted more freedom while also supporting the financial goals of their families. They created very successful businesses in coaching as well as direct sales and network marketing. Both found, however, that they were having a hard time “balancing it all”. They looked around and noted that many other working mothers were having the same challenges.

So together they created tools and resources to help themselves step into their greatness as business owners, leaders, women and mothers. As a result, they have created lives that truly thrive. They have more freedom to play at the activities they love, spend more time with their families while also expanding their businesses.


Jillian Middleton spent 15 years as a Network Marketing professional. She worked two complimentary businesses and earned national awards in both for performance and leadership as she worked her way to the top of both leadership pay plans. Jillian’s success was highlighted in corporate sales and training tapes in both Network Marketing companies.

For the last seven years she has focused entirely on coaching and training business builders in the Network Marketing Industry.

Today Jillian is an international speaker, trainer, coach and the CEO of Savvy Sponsoring Strategies an organization she founded to share her business building insights with others so they can build profitable, sustainable and sane network marketing businesses.
